Former President Uhuru Mourns Former Tanzania President Ali Hassan Mwinyi

Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta has extended his heartfelt condolences to Her Excellency Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the nation at large, following the passing of the 2nd President of Tanzania, Ali Hassan Mwinyi, on Thursday.

President (Rtd) Kenyatta expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the former Head of State, describing him as a robust leader whose presidency played a pivotal role in the liberalization of Tanzania's economy.
